Privacy Policy

Lambie (“we”, “us”) is provided by Studio Süd GbR, Weggentalstraße 43, 72108 Rottenburg am Neckar, Germany (hello@lambie.app). We collect as little as possible, never sell your data and show no ads.

What we store

• Account: when you sign in with Apple or Google we receive a user ID and, if you share it, your email address and name.
• Your prayer life in the app: prayer times, when you prayed (date and time), streak, hearts, your Lambie’s name, lock strength, and optional short intentions you type.
• Circles: circles you create or join, their name and emoji, who prayed today, reminders and hearts you send, and prayer requests you post (optionally anonymous to other members).
• Notifications: a push token so we can send prayer reminders and circle messages, plus your time zone.
• Invites & ambassador program: your invite code and, only if you apply, your social handle, platforms, follower range, a video link and WhatsApp number.
• Purchases: subscription status. Payment is handled by Apple; we never see your card details.

What stays on your iPhone

The apps you choose to pause are handled by Apple’s Screen Time. Lambie only receives anonymous tokens from Apple and cannot see which apps you use or for how long. This selection never leaves your device.

Why we use it

To run the app’s features you ask for (streaks, locks, circles, reminders, Pro). Legal basis: performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Service providers

• Supabase (database and sign-in), servers in the EU (Ireland).
• RevenueCat (subscription status), USA — receives your Lambie user ID and purchase events from Apple.
• Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store payments, push notifications) and Google (Sign in with Google), if you use them.

Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

As long as you have an account. When you delete your account (Settings → Other → Delete my account) we delete your profile, prayers, circles you own and your prayer requests. Purchase records may be kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, and take it with you. Email hello@lambie.app. You can also complain to a data protection authority, e.g. the Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz Baden-Württemberg.

Children

Lambie is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child gave us data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
