Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Lambie app provided by Studio Süd GbR, Weggentalstraße 43, 72108 Rottenburg am Neckar, Germany. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Lambie Pro

• Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or yearly) billed through your Apple ID.
• If you start a free trial, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s rules.

Circles and prayer requests

Be kind. Don’t post anything hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, illegal or anyone else’s private information. We may remove content and accounts that break these rules. You can report a post in the app or at hello@lambie.app; we review reports within 24 hours.

The lock

Lambie helps you build a habit; it is not a parental control or a medical tool. Emergency calls and important apps always stay available through iOS.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory law. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage from a breach of essential obligations.

Law

German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
